  4. Return Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm its status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items on sale (unless defective).
  • Products damaged due to improper use.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service. We will process your request promptly and send you the replacement item, subject to availability.
