At Sofa-Bag, we want you to love what you buy. If something’s not right, our return policy makes it easy to send it back.

General Return Conditions

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all tags.
  • Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us:

    • Your order number
    • The item you want to return
    • The reason for the return
  2. Receive Instructions:
    We’ll email you a return form and the return address. You’ll need to ship the item within 7 days of receiving our instructions.
  3. Ship the Product:
    Use secure packaging and include the return form. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the status.
  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • We accept refunds for items paid via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other standard online payment methods.

Exchanges

Need a different color or size?
Contact us to request an exchange. We’ll send you the replacement if it’s in stock. You’ll cover shipping unless the exchange is due to an error or defect on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:

  • We’ll cover return shipping.
  • You can choose a full refund or a replacement.

Let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

International Returns

We accept international returns. However:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency.
